About CLEAR

A practice built on people and systems

We are a Cebu-based team of organizational development (OD), human resources (HR) and business professionals. We work with Philippine and multinational organizations on their leaders and their systems.

The practice

CLEAR Leadership Consulting works with individuals and organizations on two things: how people lead, and how the organization supports them. We specialize in executive coaching, team development and organizational strategy.

Our seven services run from one-on-one coaching for executives to competency-based HR systems and assessment centers. We customize training programs to each business, for organizations of all sizes.

We draw on our experience in both business and psychology. We work from our office on Archbishop Reyes Avenue in Cebu City and deliver programs in Cebu and Manila.

Our aim is practical: to help the people we work with lead with clarity and purpose.

Why our mark has two halves

Our logo is a brain in two halves. The left half is organic and green: people, their judgment and their growth. The right half is a circuit: the structures and processes that let capable people do good work.

Our services follow the same split. Develop leaders covers coaching, leadership programs and training. Build the system covers competency-based HR systems, organizational development, assessment and executive search, and HR consulting and outsourcing.

Founded by practitioners

CLEAR was founded by Angela Schloer, Maria Liza Fresnido and Karen Ethyl Cipriano. Angela, our CEO, is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She brings over 20 years of multinational HR and organizational development experience across Europe and the Philippines. Liz, our Co-Founder and Executive Director for OD and HR Programs, brings over 40 years in HR and organizational development. She specializes in competency and results-based systems, executive coaching and training interventions. Karen, Co-Founder and Senior Consultant, brings a background in training, organizational development and continuous improvement.
