Learning Design, Delivery & Management

Designs competency-based learning interventions
Determines appropriate methodology and medium (classroom, e-learning, blended learning, structured on-the-job)
Facilitates customization/ re-design of standard programs or creation of new programs, where specific line needs are involved

Learning Management
Facilitates the process for preparing individual competency profiles of all roles and their incumbents
Facilitates training needs analysis of different talent groups
Administers or Guides managers in conducting development needs assessments
Provides consultation to line on identifying/evaluating the proper training intervention that they require to address training design requirements.
Reviews the certification process for all training programs in accordance with standards

Training Effectiveness Evaluation
Conducts program audits on a regular basis to:
Validate if learning objectives are met during the training
Conducts spot reviews of all programs delivered to ensure the quality of facilitators and implementation of programs according to standards
Conducts program audit to ensure execution and continuing relevance of the intervention to the business unit
Leads processes related to learning management, i.e. training needs assessment, program design, evaluation and audit

Design Consultancy
Reviews and approves requests for public trainings, training schedules, training invites and the pool of program facilitators before the deployment of programs
Coaches internal and external facilitators on their training delivery and facilitating skills
Manages the different Development Programs (leadership, managers, team/tech leads, trainers, SMEs), tracks and monitors progress of all the pipeline programs
Recommends and sees through implementation of training-related process improvement initiatives – defines operating guidelines, processes, standards and workflows
