Assessment Centers and Executive Search

We run structured assessment centers and executive search for organizations filling leadership roles from outside or from within. Each candidate is assessed against the competencies the role requires. Hiring and promotion decisions then rest on observed evidence, not on a résumé and a single interview.

What this covers

A leadership appointment is hard to undo. A poor choice shows up in the team’s performance, in turnover, and in the time spent searching again. We provide structured assessment centers and executive search so that you can hire and develop the right leaders on evidence. Assessment centers serve internal promotions as well as external hires.

An assessment center places candidates in simulations of the role they are being considered for. Assessors observe how each person handles realistic situations, such as a difficult conversation or a decision made with incomplete information. What they see is rated against defined competencies, not general impressions. Where your organization already has a competency framework, we work from it. Where it does not, we first define the competencies for the role with you.

Executive search follows the same logic. We help you identify, attract, and retain the professionals your organization needs. Every candidate is held to the same role profile. After the appointment, we support the new leader’s integration, with onboarding shaped by what the assessment showed.

Our consultants lead each stage. Angela Schloer, our CEO and Co-Founder, brings over 20 years of multinational experience in human resources and organizational development. Her expertise includes talent management, resourcing, and leadership development.

Where this helps

  1. A senior hire looked right on paper and in interviews, then struggled within months of starting.

  2. Several internal candidates want the same promotion, and you need a decision you can explain and defend.

  3. A key leadership role has stayed open too long, and job posts are not reaching the right people.

  4. You need to know which managers are ready to step up now and which need development first.

Who it is for

  • CEOs, COOs, and owners of Philippine enterprises appointing senior leaders
  • Human resources directors and CHROs who want selection grounded in defined competencies
  • Site heads of shared-services centers promoting team leads into management
  • Heads of multinational operations in the Philippines who are recruiting senior leaders

How an engagement typically runs

  1. 01

    Define the role

An engagement typically begins with the role itself: what it must deliver and the competencies that matter most. We agree with you on the evidence the decision will need.

  2. 02

    Search and shortlist

For an external hire, we identify and approach suitable candidates and screen each one against the role profile. For an internal move, we agree with you who will be assessed.

  3. 03

    Run the assessment center

Candidates work through simulations of the role’s real demands, such as role-plays, group discussions, and case presentations. Assessors observe behavior and rate it against each competency.

  4. 04

    Decide and onboard

You receive an account of each candidate’s strengths and gaps against the role profile. The same evidence then shapes onboarding and development, so the chosen leader starts with a plan.
