Develop leaders

Leadership Development Programs

We design and run leadership programs for managers and team leaders. Each one is built around your organization’s priorities, not an off-the-shelf syllabus. The aim is managers who share the same tools and language for setting direction, delegating, coaching, and making decisions.

What this covers

Many managers are promoted for doing their own work well, not for their ability to lead others. Our leadership development programs are built for that shift. Each one starts from your strategy, your structure, and the situations your managers handle every week. It then builds what teams need from a manager: clear direction, sensible delegation, regular coaching, and well-made decisions.

Sessions are built for practice rather than lecture. Participants work through frameworks and tools on their own cases, then apply them with their teams. Topics we have delivered include coaching and mentoring as a manager, and how to lead a high-performing team. Others cover strategy and execution, delegation and communication, and problem solving and decision making. Where it suits the brief, we bring leaders from different functions into one cohort. The aim is a shared language, and working relationships that continue after the sessions end.

A program can stand alone or connect to the rest of your people agenda. Focused coaching sessions can follow, so leaders have support as they apply new habits. Where you already use a competency framework, we align the program to it. If you do not have one yet, we can help you build it. Our work has included programs in the food, distribution, financial services, and shared services industries. We are based in Cebu City and work with Philippine and multinational organizations.

Where this helps

  1. Strong individual contributors have moved into management with little preparation for the people side of the role.

  2. Managers direct the work but rarely coach, so feedback waits for the annual review.

  3. Strategy is clear at the top but loses shape before it reaches frontline teams.

  4. Teams work in silos, and leaders in different functions have no shared approach to leadership.

Who it is for

  • Human resources directors and heads of learning and development preparing new and mid-level managers for larger roles
  • Site heads and COOs of shared-services centers and multinational operations
  • Owners and CEOs of Philippine enterprises building their next layer of managers
  • Leadership teams that want a common approach to strategy, delegation, and decisions

How an engagement typically runs

  1. 01

    Agree the brief

An engagement typically begins with conversations with you and the program’s sponsors. Together we agree which leadership behaviors matter most to your strategy, and where your managers stand today.

  2. 02

    Design the program

We set the content, format, and length to fit your context. A program can be a single workshop or a series of sessions over several months. Cases and exercises draw on situations your managers face.

  3. 03

    Facilitate and practice

Sessions are interactive and practical. Participants work with frameworks and tools they can apply with their own teams. Where it suits the brief, leaders from different functions learn in one cohort.

  4. 04

    Reinforce and review

Focused coaching sessions can follow the program while leaders put new habits into practice. We then review the program with you and agree what to build on next.
