Who we are
This website is run by CLEAR Leadership Consulting (“CLEAR”, “we”, “us”). Our office is at 1106 Vertex Central, Archbishop Reyes Avenue, Cebu City 6000, Philippines. We decide how the information you send us is used. That makes us its personal information controller under the law.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect:
- your first and last name and your email address;
- if you choose to give them, your organization, role, phone number and preferred contact method;
- the area of interest you select and the message you write;
- a record that you agreed to this notice, with the date and time.
When you email or call us directly, we receive the details you choose to share.
Our hosting and spam-protection services also process technical data, such as your IP address and browser type. They use it to deliver the site securely and to keep automated spam out of the form.
Why we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry and for related follow-up on the same matter. We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without asking you first. We do not sell your information.
Our legal basis
We process your information on the basis of your consent. You give it by checking the consent box before you send the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “How to exercise your rights”). Withdrawing it does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Who sees it
Your inquiry is read by the CLEAR team members who handle inquiries.
We also use a small number of service providers to host this website, protect the form from spam and deliver form messages to our mailbox. They process your information only on our instructions. Some of them may process it outside the Philippines. We remain responsible for your information wherever it is processed.
We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for related follow-up, after which it is deleted. If you go on to work with us, the information needed for that work is handled under the terms of the engagement.
How we protect it
We use reasonable organizational, physical and technical measures to protect your information. This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to inquiries is limited to the people who need it.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal information is processed;
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- object to its processing, and withdraw your consent;
- have inaccurate information corrected;
- have your information erased or blocked, for example when it is no longer needed;
- receive a copy of your information in a commonly used electronic format (data portability);
- claim compensation if you suffer damage because your information was misused;
- file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
How to exercise your rights
Email admin@clearleadershipcoach.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. Address it to our Data Protection Officer. Tell us which right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on your request.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph (opens in a new tab).
