CEO and Co-Founder

Angela Schloer

Angela is an ICF Professional Certified Coach with over 20 years of HR and organizational development experience across Europe and Asia. A former HR Manager and EMEA Talent Specialist at TMF Group, she combines executive coaching, talent strategy and competency-based HR systems. Her qualifications include an MA in Human Resource Management and specialist training in team coaching and psychometric testing.

Liz brings over 40 years of HR and organizational development experience across corporate and government organizations. A former Vice President for Human Resources at GSIS, she specializes in competency-based systems, job evaluation, compensation design and leadership development. She holds an advanced coaching diploma and certifications in behavioral analysis and emotional intelligence.
