Angela is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She brings over 20 years of human resources (HR) and organizational development experience across Europe and Asia, connecting talent strategy, leadership development and executive coaching.

Background

Angela served as HR Manager for TMF Group in Ireland and as a Talent Specialist for its EMEA region, working on graduate talent, high-potential and management development programs. She co-founded CLEAR with Maria Liza Fresnido and Karen Ethyl Cipriano and leads the firm as CEO.

Her consulting work includes leadership development for Mercedes Benz Group Services Philippines and competency-based HR systems and executive coaching for Harbour City Dimsum House Co. Inc. She also founded CLEAR Talent, a competency-based performance and talent management platform.

She earned an MA in Human Resource Management with First Class Honours from the National College of Ireland, an MBA from Southwestern University and a BSc in Psychology from the University of San Carlos. Her professional training includes an Integrative Certificate in Team Coaching from Sandown Business School, psychometric testing and DISC assessments.
