Develop leaders
Training Facilitation
We design and deliver training programs around your organization’s roles, standards, and daily work. The aim is practical skill people use on the job, and one standard their managers can reinforce afterward.
What this covers
Training facilitation, as we practice it, starts from your organization rather than a catalog. We begin with the roles involved, the standards you expect, and the situations your people handle every day. Content, examples, and exercises are built around that brief. Participants then practice on problems they recognize from their own work.
Programs range from leadership topics to specialized skills. Those we have delivered include the Customer Service Excellence Workshop series, run in successive batches, and Psychological First Aid. We work with organizations of all sizes. A program can serve one team, or run batch by batch until a larger workforce has been through it. Maria Liza Fresnido, our Co-Founder, has over 40 years of experience in human resources (HR) and organizational development. Training interventions are among her specialties. Senior Consultant Hanna Butaya is a Certified Learning and Development Professional.
Training holds when the workplace backs it up. Where a program exposes a wider gap, it can link to leadership development or competency-based HR systems. The skills a program teaches can then be built into how roles are defined and how performance is reviewed. We are based in Cebu City and work with Philippine and multinational organizations.
Where this helps
-
Generic courses earn good feedback on the day, but little of the content shows up in daily work.
-
Service quality varies from one team or shift to the next because no shared standard has been taught.
-
HR knows which skills are missing but lacks the time or in-house capacity to build a program.
-
Managers are expected to support a colleague in distress but have had no training in how to respond.
Who it is for
- Heads of learning and development with a specific skills gap to close
- Site heads and COOs of shared-services centers and customer-facing operations
- Owners and HR directors of Philippine enterprises, from growing firms to large employers
- HR heads in public-sector agencies that need frontline teams trained to one standard
How an engagement typically runs
- 01
Define the need
An engagement typically begins with a conversation with HR and the line leaders concerned. We agree which roles are involved, what people need to do differently, and how you will know it is working.
- 02
Design the program
We build content, cases, and exercises around your industry, your standards, and the situations your people meet each day. Format and length fit your operations, from a single workshop to a series.
- 03
Facilitate the sessions
Our consultants run sessions around discussion and practice, with tools participants can take back to the job. Larger groups can be trained in successive batches to the same standard.
- 04
Review and reinforce
After delivery, we review participant feedback with you and agree what managers should reinforce on the job. Where it helps, we can propose follow-up sessions or coaching.
