Liz brings over 40 years of experience in human resources (HR) and organizational development (OD), specializing in competency and results-based systems, executive coaching and training interventions.

Background

Liz co-founded CLEAR with Angela Schloer and Karen Ethyl Cipriano. Her work spans competency-based HR systems, job evaluation, compensation design, strategic performance management, executive coaching and leadership development.

As Vice President for Human Resources at GSIS, she initiated a competency-based HR system in partnership with the Development Academy of the Philippines and launched GSIS University to bring employee learning programs together. Her consulting work includes HR transformation and competency-based systems for Pacific Cross Insurance and Harbour City Dimsum House Co. Inc.

She holds an Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Coaching with Science, Artistry and Systems from Sandown Business School and certifications in behavioral analysis, behaviors practice and emotional intelligence. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BSc in Psychology from the University of San Carlos.
